APPI Pilates is a type of pilates created by Physiotherapists that can be used for people with injuries as well as to prevent injuries. APPI pilates works on the body's core stabilisers and exercises range from easy to advanced. Programmes will be tailored to the individual and one to one sessions allow you to perform each exercise correctly and therefore not risk damage to yourself.
